Hello – I’m Maria, owner and founder of Please n Thank You Fitness. As a mother of 2 kids, I know how hard it is to have a fit, active lifestyle and I want to help make that possible for you! All classes offered have on-site babysitting, allowing you to get fit while your child is cared for.

Please N Thank You Fitness (PNT Fit) is a fitness company based in NYC we offer several different types of stroller fitness classes for the entire family. All of our classes offer on-site babysitting, a great option for toddlers and older children who may not want to stay in a stroller for the hour. This allows you time to work out while our trained baby sitters care for your child nearby.

All of our trainers hold national certifications in group fitness and personal training. They have also all worked with the pre and post natal populations.

Our babysitters are bright, caring and fun, and have been trained in CPR, AED, First aid and Eppie Pen.

We are primarily an outdoor fitness company we teach classes in appropriate parks around the city.

Classes

All of our classes are available in group quantities – find one that works for you!

General Class

This class is a total body work out, it has been designed for all fitness levels. One can do it with or without a stroller. We combine exercise tubing and the environment of the park to give you a great total body workout. Browse general classes.

Twilight Class

Our twilight class are in the evening 6:00 -7:00 like the general classes Twilight classes are a total body work out and can be done with or without a stroller, we like to finish the class with some lullaby’s and soothing music for the kids. These classes are also great for working parents who want to get in a work out and spend some time with their kids. TWILIGHT CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED IN THE SPRING

Prenatal Fitness Class

PNT ‘s prenatal fitness classes are a total body workout for expectant mothers, each class is 60 minuets including warm up and cool down. Each class is taught outside and all precautions are made to make it a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Research has shown that inactivity, during pregnancy contributes to excess weight gain high blood pressure, aches and pains, and a higher risk for Cesarean section and gestational diabetes. Some 70 percent to 80 percent of women with gestational diabetes develop type II diabetes later in life, research shows, and their babies are themselves more likely to become overweight and develop diabetes.

We want to combat that with a safe and healthy fitness program lead by pre and postnatal certified trainers. This class works on flexibility, cardiovascular, strength, and balance/posture.

As with all our classes one can bring her stroller, and other child/children to any class. And on site babysitting is offered.

Yoga

Our Yoga classes are our part of our seasonal series. They are taught out doors during the warmer months of spring and summer. Each class is 50 minuets and taught to every level of practitioner.

Yoga is an invaluable way to improve ones flexibility and strength, studies have shown the poses used during yoga and Pilates can improve ones core strength more so the traditional strength building exercises.

As with all classes our onsite babysitting is offered to parents during classes.
